Rhiannon is a Norwich-born actor, writer, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist currently living in London. After achieving grade eight on both the piano and clarinet at the age of thirteen, Rhiannon turned her attention to dance and went on to train at Bodywork Company Studios in Cambridge, she graduated with a distinction (and a prize in choreography) in 2013. Soon after graduating, Rhiannon travelled the world as a dancer and musician - working with both Princess Cruises and P&O. Since being back in London she has been lucky enough to work as a musical director, writer, actor-musician and dancer. Most recently she played the role of Vi Petty in the 30th Anniversary UK Tour of ‘The Buddy Holly Story’, and previous to this she co-wrote and musically directed an original musical comedy ‘Love Me Tinder’ with Julie Atherton, which played at the Karma Sanctum, Soho. She was also in-show musical director for ‘Forbidden Planet’ (Upstairs at the Gatehouse).
‘The whole cast were exceptional tonight, and they all brought their unique musical stylings to the show. One member of the cast, Rhiannon Hopkins, brought quite a few, with multiple lyrical performances as well as stints on the piano and saxophone. She certainly took the M.V.P. of the supporting cast medal for me tonight.’

Rhiannon is also a passionate writer and singer-songwriter. At the end of 2019 she recorded her original EP at Auburn Jam Music Ltd and released her debut single ‘I See You’, which was featured on BBC Introducing, and her EP in 2020. She also writes comedy sketches and songs, and her original comedy song ‘Naked Pictures’ has had over 50,000 views online. Her musical comedy has been described as ‘a modern Victoria Wood’.
Rhiannon has been listed on the Funny Women 2020 shortlist for her video Naked Pictures, and recently performed at the Bloomsbury Theatre in the Musical Comedy Awards 2021.
